When you use the contact form or write to us directly, we may collect your name, company, professional email address, area of interest, the information included in your message, and the technical information required to protect the form from abuse.
We use this information only to assess and respond to your enquiry, prepare and conduct an initial business conversation, and, where relevant, take steps requested by you before entering into a professional engagement.
Depending on the context, processing is based on taking steps at your request before a potential contract and/or on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries and protecting the website from misuse.
Your message is received by Summit4 Romania and may be handled by the Senior Partners involved in assessing the enquiry. We use service providers necessary for form delivery, email and website security, including Web3Forms and hCaptcha. These providers process technical or contact data under their own applicable privacy and security arrangements.
Some technology providers may process limited data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the processing is subject to the safeguards made available by the relevant provider and applicable data-protection law.
